Booking and sales conditions

Arrival and departure: Your room will be available after 02.00 p.m. On departure we ask you check-out by 10 a.m. If you expect to arrive after 18.00 we kindly ask you to inform calling the reception. In case of no show without notice, your reservation will be cancelled for the whole period of stay. In case of early departure or late arrival the sum for the entire stay will be charged.

Day use: on departure day you may keep the room later than10 a.m. for an extra charge of € 25,00 per person . Please, understand that the day use of the room will be granted only according to availability. Please ask for more details at the reception desk.

Cancellations: cancellations should be communicated as soon as possible to the reception of the hotel. If cancellation is made up to 04 weeks or less before arrival we will retain the deposit in full. For cancellations made earlier the amount of the deposit can be discounted on the cost of a follwing reservation that has to be made within 6 months from the date of cancellation.

Price information: the half –board treatment is the minimum booking possible (including breakfast, dinner and night). However it is possible to agree with the reception a Bed and Breakfast treatment with a reduction of € 10,00 per person.

Take-away Lunch: if you want to go on hikes or excursions you can order a packed lunch (sandwiches, fruits and drinks) at € 10,00 per person.

Pets: small and medium size adult dogs may be accepted on prior agreement and for an extra charge of € 5,00 per da. Dogs are not allowed in our breakfast and dinner room.

Privacy: Hotel Nevada guarantees the protection and cofidential handling of personal data which has been provided by all users and guests (according to the data protection act of 30th June 2003 Nr. 196).
The proprietor is Hotel Nevada, Via Saroch 35, 23030 Livigno (SO).
