Hotel Nevada’s restaurant, and its big terrace with a lovely view of Livigno, is the ideal place to taste the excellent cuisine supervised by the hotel owner in person.

Wholesome ingredients, fresh, home-grown products, typical local homemade dishes: sciatt (buckwheat pancakes) pizzoccheri (buckwheat pasta strips), bresaola (dried beef), polenta taragna (mixed cornmeal and buckwheat) and venison salmi, to name but a few. In addition to the menu of Valtellina’s tasty mountain specialities, the restaurant also offers traditional Italian dishes, a wide selection of the best wines, a flexible approach to menus for children, gluten-free and vegetarian dishes.

The hotel restaurant is also open to the public.
